Watched the product offering grow over the past couple of years.

What do you like best? License structure, allowing unlimited queries. New upcoming features like Audience Fingerprint. What do you dislike? Netbase has become the linchpin for new business and strategy.

What do you like best? There is a lot to like: visualizations, deep natural language sentiment analysis, brand passion index chart, conversation volume and sentiment, hashtags, etc. What do you dislike? We create presentations for clients constantly so developing visualizations is key. Netbase offers Excel downloads of data as well as PNGs. The PNGs are a big help but their size is very small. We use it daily to track mentions of terms

What do you like best? I like the trigger emails they are very useful What do you dislike? The sentiment analysis could be better, also I wish that it suggested some terms for you to use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to watch for reactive measures if needed but also need to have proactive monitoring, I like that we can be alerted via the emails to potential viral issues

What do you like best? All of the filters you can apply to your searches. What do you dislike? Nothing. I think it's a great and useful tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: None. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using this tool for social listening to identify influencers to engage with and fans to respond to.

Great tool, interface could use an upgrade

What do you like best? I'm amazed at the depth of information Netbase is able to pull on any given topic. I've used many similar systems and always have questions whether I'm getting all relevant mentions. Netbase seems to do a better job of scraping all available sources than other systems. What do you like best? ability to do a brand passion index, the word clouds, sentiment is more reliable than other tools What do you dislike? post level insights, looking at owned media versus earned What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? varies depending on client questions but my focus is reputation management and brand equity issues.
