"Excellent customer service and value of product."
What do you like best about Net-Results? Their customer service is outstanding! Anytime I need assistance they are willing to offer advice or provide "how to" on a function. Net-Results goes above and beyond to help integrate into existing platforms and migrate from another platform. The platform is extremely user friendly and does not require coding knowledge to operate. You also receive a lot of information about visitors, leads, and contacts. What do you like best about Net-Results? I like the tracking and email services net-results provides. It's easy, and helps me track in depth users on our site. What do you dislike about Net-Results? There is a lot that net-results has to offer. It can be intimidating. What problems is Net-Results solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more leads by better tracking tools.

"Powerful and easy marketing automation"
What do you like best about Net-Results? The way Net-Results "closes the loop" in terms of email & site analytics and behaviour based campaigns. I also like the intuitive drag & drop way to build the email campaigns and customer segments. The form mapping tool is nice as it requires zero development effort. "Awesome Marketing Automation!"
What do you like best about Net-Results? I didn't have any experience with Marketing Automation prior to selecting Net-Results. They were amazing at the on-boarding process, educating me on how to use everything, and their support knowledge base is fantastic for when I need to figure out how to do something. What do you like best about Net-Results? First of all the system has a great interface that is easy to navigate and organize. That seems like minor praise but when you need to access customer information, demographics or reports you will be glad everything is neatly organized. "Fantastic lead generation and segment tool"
What do you like best about Net-Results? Net-Results is accommodating and quick to respond to any and all issues and tickets as well as feature requests. What do you dislike about Net-Results? Some aspects of segmentation aren't as simple as they could be. What problems is Net-Results solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to more quickly and accurately create solid leads from our visitors, allowing us to help guide and help our customers grow their own businesses.

"Better solution and price point than others we looked at"
What do you like best about Net-Results? The ability to track all actions by our site users is key, and then we need to act on each segment with a campaign. Net Results not only tracks well, but also sets up funnels automatically, so we can run a segmented campaign on a drip. What do you dislike about Net-Results? "Very pleasing, intuitive and full of functions, could use some work on the design though."
What do you like best about Net-Results? All the different options for segmenting prospects. And the email drip segments is awesome. What do you dislike about Net-Results? I think the site needs a more fresh design and I don't like that I can't make a landing page with pure html (all the landing pages have to be made with the landing page builder) What problems is Net-Results solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to get more leads. The conversion rates are quite good.
