What do you like best about Net-Results? Their customer service is outstanding! Anytime I need assistance they are willing to offer advice or provide "how to" on a function. Net-Results goes above and beyond to help integrate into existing platforms and migrate from another platform. The platform is extremely user friendly and does not require coding knowledge to operate. You also receive a lot of information about visitors, leads, and contacts. "Powerful and easy marketing automation"

What do you like best about Net-Results? The way Net-Results "closes the loop" in terms of email & site analytics and behaviour based campaigns. I also like the intuitive drag & drop way to build the email campaigns and customer segments. The form mapping tool is nice as it requires zero development effort. What do you like best about Net-Results? I didn't have any experience with Marketing Automation prior to selecting Net-Results. They were amazing at the on-boarding process, educating me on how to use everything, and their support knowledge base is fantastic for when I need to figure out how to do something. What do you like best about Net-Results? First of all the system has a great interface that is easy to navigate and organize. That seems like minor praise but when you need to access customer information, demographics or reports you will be glad everything is neatly organized. What do you like best about Net-Results? Really like the analytic feedback from the system. Helpful to see the data in a visual format. Segmentation options are also helpful. What do you dislike about Net-Results? It's expensive. A lot of the options seem complicated and constant training is needed to make the most use of the system. What do you like best about Net-Results? Net-Results has been an integral part of our marketing strategy for 2 years now. The platform is user friendly, self explanatory, and can be VERY powerful.
