"Yes! for Neon CRM for Non-Profits"

What do you like best about Neon CRM? We have had Neon CRM for 19 months now, and it has been a great experience. The program itself has been simple to use and is meeting our needs so far. What I like best is the customer service when I do have a question. The support team is quick to respond, friendly and professional, and have always been able to answer my questions and solve my problems.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Cloud-based database! What a relief to have someone else managing the server and software. Really lowers the cost of total ownership on a database system. The development team is regularly providing updates and improvements. In our old database it would take our consultants months to make one improvement.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? It's so easy to use. I've struggled through other CRMs geared toward non-profits. Nothing comes close to NeonCRM in terms of ease of use, intuitiveness, and ability for anyone to just start using it with minimal training. Running reports is so easy. Importing donations from an excel file is so easy. It's just exactly what a CRM should be, especially for a small non-profit.
