What do you like best about Neon CRM? Organized reports/tasks are easily accessible, forms are easy to navigate and fill out in accordance to company needs. Company is able to properly communicate to individual on their tasks without problem of overlap between employees.

"Easy interface, great customer service, some limitations. "
What do you like best about Neon CRM? Their customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. They also help us with a lot of our website problems that come up. They set up Google Analytics for me instead of me having to figure out how to embed a link to each webpage in our website. That was awesome.

"decent CRM program, but the front facing elements are outdated"
What do you like best about Neon CRM? I LOVE the newest features they have brought in for managing client profiles. there is a great feature called the timeline, and its an awesome way to see in a snapshot what interactions the donor/client has had with the organization over time.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? They were quick to respond. They have also a knowledgebase which was helpful from time to time. The report functions were also good.
