"Excellent out-of-the-box tool for nonprofit professionals who know the basics of a CRM."

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Super easy to use without requiring a lot of tech knowledge on the front-end. The traning modules are super helpful and the FAQs start from a point of "this person might not know anything about this particular thing" to figure things out quickly. This is the most comprehensive nonprofit CRM that we have found that doesn't require an advanced administrator.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? The database functions give our fundraising team access to all the information we need to establish and grow relationships with our donors. The website and support have been great too - invaluable to giving us a platform to inform and collect donations.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? I like the reporting capabilitites and the way to customize each report as needed. It is also very simple to process process gifts, which is very helpful. Customer service is also very good- 95% of the time I hear a response within a day or two. Also, being able to customize the dashboard is helpful.

The help and assistance I have received on any question are prompt and accurate. The training both online and virtually with someone is top-notch! I would highly recommend Neon CRM to anyone looking for a cost-effective program.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? I find NEON easy to use, easy to train folks on, and easy to retrieve information from. It is intuitive and clear. I have used many systems over my neary 30 year advancement career, and NEON is by far the best I have used.
