What do you like best about Neon CRM? The Neon dashboard is clean and user-friendly and helps our staff retrieve information quickly. I love the look and functionality of the new donation and account forms. The customer service is pretty quick as well.

One of our primary drivers in selecting Neon CRM was that it plays well with QuickBooks Desktop (it was the only donor CRM software we found in 2019 that did this. No other platform offered direct sync. It was all download a file from QuickBooks and then upload it to the platform). What do you like best about Neon CRM? Neon CRM has allowed for better collaboration and independent work for our staff. We went from each person being siloed into their own software to all of us working from the same platform. Instead of requiring an email to get an answer, I can just go to the relevant portion of our constituent's account and check for myself. We are more efficient and more communicative than ever.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? NeonCRM is very easy to use. It is becoming on par in terms of features as the larger companies at 1/5ths of the price. My favorite features is the recommended top 100 reports. It has dramatically increased our fundraising capabilities.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? It's a simple CRM that works well for our nonprofit. We don't use any of the fancy add-ons, like emails or events, but we do use it for the donation page and logging donor activity. It works for what we need right now.
