What do you like best about Neon CRM? We really appreciate the customizable automations. It allows us to lilterally "set and forget" and our members/event attendees, etc. get their acknowledgments right away.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? We love the ability to segment communications and send out emails to our donors and members; Neon forms link with our org's website in a way that is extremely easy to use.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? The reporting feature has been the most beneficial for us. Having the ability to configure the reports to pull specific details helps us decide where to focus our giving efforts. It's assisted us with seeing a complete picture of our patron interactions.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Flexibility and continuous improvement - I have been using NeonCRM for 5 years now, and they continue to improve the product in meaningful ways. I do wish they had a better mechanism for understanding user demand for new features (like upvotes on Salesforce ideas,) as sometimes the things they change seem a lower priority. What do you like best about Neon CRM? We enjoy the versatility of the program in terms of helping us on the donor management side and the programmatic side. We also love seeing the updates, such as the new form builder, to make donations more enticing.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? The usability of Neon is the main reason why we chose it originally and continues to be our favorite part. We have staff from all different backgrounds and technical capacities, which means we needed a tool that is as simple or as technical as we need. Pulling reports is easy and makes sense. What do you like best about Neon CRM? The reports are very easy to construct and helpful. It's easy to create and save, and then to tap into these reports later. This is, for us, the absolutely best thing about Neon.
