What do you like best about Neon CRM? Neon CRM has been great for our company. It gave us the ability to have all of our development in one place but is robust enough to scale up and grow with us. The forms really help us see where our donations are coming from as well.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? As a medium-sized nonprofit organization, we primarily have two staff who manage our entire database of donors, volunteers, and corporate partners. We love that we can keep track of these different stakeholders, easily communicate with them through large email campaigns, and update specific things like volunteer interest, stewardship pipelines, and donor activity all in one place.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? We can do everything regarding fundraising, volunteers, reporting and events in one software package. It is very user friendly and the set up and transition to Neon was incredibly efficient. Being able to use it on a PC, tablet or smartphone has allowed us the flexibility we need in reaching our donors and working fundraising events. What do you like best about Neon CRM? I like how user-friendly Neon is the best. I also can't say enough good things about their customer service team, which always does their best to help. Also, the fact that they listen to their clients and make updates and upgrades all the time to make the system even better makes them a great company.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? We are a small non-profit and Neon fits the bill for what we need. It is easy to use with a minimal amount of training, which is great with limited staff time available. Before this, we used spreadsheets to track our membership and contacts and Neon is a tremendous upgrade.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Easy to setup and use. New donation page update is a significant update. Good to use for volunteer management also. Once you understand how it functions, it's a breeze to use!

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Neon has a lot of modules for tracking all of our non-profit's data in one place. It has greatly improved our ability to track our memberships and donations. The donor and membership modules are probably the best part of Neon and most user friendly. I also really appreciate the Neon One Academy trainings.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? The recently updated donation forms are super user-friendly and eye-catching, I feel that they are super easy to manage and have helped us capture more donors. The internal system of adding donor and donation email is super straightforward as well and has a very 'clean' interface which I appreciate.
