"Intuitive CRM for Nonprofits"

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Neon CRM has been such a useful, intuitive tool for our medium-sized nonprofit organization. We're able to import all of our volunteers, donors, and event attendees in one place so we have access to a central database of supporters. Tracking donations and pulling reports is a breeze, and it's easy to quickly pull data to support our fundraising initiatives.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Integration with other platforms. Ease of payments, bidder integration, and event registrations are also very good. Emailing blasts to teams and making event pages along with registrations.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? It is easy to use and comprehensive. We love that we can create an event registration page and it is synced with the database. We like that the thank you acknowledgements are branded, and that we can capture a variety of information within one account including relationships, notes etc.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Quite thorough contact database easy to connect to Constant Contact, bit tricky on the syncing because it goes both ways. What do you dislike about Neon CRM?

What do you like best about Neon CRM? It does what we need it to in regards to tracking contacts and receiving donations. It allows us to have as many custom fields as we need (and we need a lot!).

What do you like best about Neon CRM? Neon One Academy offers numerous tutorials with learning paths, which are helpful and enjoyable thanks to the well-narrated videos. Neon also provides many webinars, which are available as they happen as well as later on YouTube, and in addition to having webinars about Neon, they have webinars about fundraising. Their customer support people are very nice, knowledgeable, and patient.
