"Neon is the holistic way to streamline systems and leverage your limited time."

What do you like best about Neon CRM? I really like that it eliminates our need to use 5 different platforms to attract and nurture donors. The webinars/trainings around recurring donors were excellent, provided much needed info, and really helped us put those ideas into motion. We have much to learn, but it's already helped a ton. The support team is essential for learning how to use Neon to its fullest.

Neon CRM has been very helpful in keeping various data, updates and documents in one place for several of our funders but also all grants that we have applied for. It has been super helpful in running various reports that help us analyze which funders are new, which have been giving for a while and how much. This platform has also been useful in just giving us the ability to run various types of reports. Lastly, I love the Global settings function. ...

What do you like best about Neon CRM? This tool works great for small non-profit organizations like us to large organizations. This tool allows us to have data for all donors and their donations. Creates an excellent web page with our customize forms that anyone can use. The reporting tool will enable downloads to several formats and allows you to create customize reports. Offers much more, like volunteers, events, email blasts and grant programs.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? The best thing I like about Neon is that it is user-friendly, and everything is in one platform - donor management, donation portal and volunteer management. It is perfect for nonprofits. They are also constantly improving the platform in response to needs.

I work as an editorial assistant for a non-profit literary magazine with a continuously growing subscriber base-- what I like so much about Neon is that all of the 'backend' elements of managing the financials and subscribers of the magazine have been streamlined onto one platform. I can reach out to subscribers using the intuitive emailing tool while also running reports on subscribers to see if they're donors and users we should further invest ...
