What do you like best about Neon CRM? NeonCRM has been a boon to our fundraising team. We've imported our historical information to help create an alumni program, and the integration of RallyBound (Neon Fundraise) is fantastic. We've also benefitted from an integration with Windfall to help analyse donor capacity and shape our major gifts program. It is easy to use, customer service is fantastic, and we recommend it highly for medium-sized organizations.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? There are many options to create processes and workflows in NeonCRM. The ability to automate services such as a donation thank you letter is helpful. There are many videos to watch to help with learning the systems, and the ability to schedule one-on-one support is helpful.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? I like how intuitive it is, as well as how easy it is to ask questions. I appreciate how it streamlines hard processes and saves time.
