I needed to update my NEAT …

I needed to update my NEAT as I had not used it in several years. Dolly very patiently walked me through the process of both updating my NEAT, and training me on using the new version. She also called the next morning to make sure I understood how to work within the new version and the cloud.

Great system for new user, terrible if transferring from Legacy

I had the original Neat system, and was very disappointed when they went from that system to the current system.However due to the poor image quality from the original software I finally bought a subscription of the system they currently have.I tried the system out on a trial basis first and the quality was 100 times better and filled in more info.So after spending $300+ for a year subscription, I was told to contact support to transfer my files from the Legacy version to the cloud.They ...

Steven worked with me to resolve issues with my neat scan utility on my computer and to walk me through the system, explain my questions with regard to what the system will or won't do, to include printing and reports. Very patient and understanding.

Great quick answer

Great quick answer, had my office scanner and mobil devices set up in minutes. I had to have a year subscription before I could get support though, not much support available under the 2 week trial. Looking foward to the year with neat!

I loved Neat Desk, The Neat Company. Neat.com

I loved Neat Company. Neat desk/ Neat.com until they went money hungry!! I will not use it any more. Got a regular scanner so they can't control my downloads or charge me to use what I already paid for. Nothing but propaganda!!I have tried to download the product driver from the CD purchased around 7yrs ago and all it will do is direct me to a website wanting money.
