An HR tool that can be used by everyone

What do you like best? All things related to HR: holidays, time-off requests, org chart, and performance reviews can all be accessed and executed easily through Namely. What do you dislike? So far, there isn't anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One stop solution for all things related to HR. I no longer need to go into Google Drive or any other repository or thread to gather necessary information.

Good formatting

What do you like best? The formatting is simple and easy to use. Features are clear and easy to find. What do you dislike? Decent, gets the job done

What do you like best? Once your company shows you the ropes it's really easy to navigate. It's awesome for keeping track of your pto and your employees requests as well. Great org chart too. Terrible Customer Service

What do you like best? The HRIS system was nice for 360 reviews and kept well with the PTO and anniversaries What do you dislike? The Payroll was awful. I was getting past due notices from different states because they were not submitting taxes appropriately. I was getting prompted to register for taxes in states that we did not need to file taxes or for 1099 contractors. The customer service team took weeks to resolve issues.
