What do you like best? The platform looks sleek and modern and they try to help but the system just insn't able to accomplish some basic benefit configurations What do you dislike? Everything...the implementation was terrible and they over promised and under delivered in the sales process What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to have an all-in-one platform but at the end of the day implementing Namely created more problems

Easy to use time clock
What do you like best? I can have access from home and in the studio. What do you dislike? I’m relatively new to it. So far, I haven’t had any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes signing in easy and I can use the app for direct deposit.

What do you like best? I have used other HR software in the past to request time off or view different benefits that have been difficult to understand. Namely is easy to navigate and fast to load! Communication with my manager about my days off or work from home days was made easy using this tool. What do you dislike? I disliked the calendar layout it was a tad confusing to book days off because it would look like you were taking two or three days when you were taking less, but ...

Do your homework during the sales process - Namely is not what it seems
What do you like best? The UI / Facebook feel for remote employees to be able to interact/engage with each other What do you dislike? There is not enough space to list it all out. The platform is NOT integrated so do not believe what they tell you in the sales pitch. All in one place!
What do you like best? I like that Namely combines the capabilities of a lot of the difference softwares that we have been using. It has the salary and payroll and benefits information we had via ADP plus the feedback and reviews aspect of Reflektive. This means that come November when we do our next round of performance reviews, it will be easier to directly compare our performance with our compensation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The fresh, youthful interface of Namely is very appealing. It integrates all aspect of HR management into one easy to use package. What do you dislike? We have experienced some issues with employees accurately requesting vacation time and administrating days off. Buyer beware - Do not use for health insurance benefits administration
What do you like best? It's "OK". Not great at all. If I take out benefits admin it is just a HR platform of sorts, which ... I don't think carries much benefit. What do you dislike? We've used Namely for 3 years or so. This past year, we switched our health plan offerings. Although they do a customized onboarding/intro for the company, and produce a packet, they failed to explain how one of the plans is "tiered" so the advertised deductible was not necessarily valid. Unacceptable Service and Functionality
What do you like best? We were drawn to the clean interface and onboarding tools within the program. The product still looks good, but that's about as much credit as I'll give. What do you dislike? Our biggest issue with Namely was on the benefits administration side. Their demo team implied that our benefits enrollment was completed automatically, but what they meant was we enrolled electronically and eventually someone on their team would get around to submitting that information ...

Don't Fall For It
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The HRIS front end is good for onboarding and employee information management. And the Analytics tool is a major upgrade (because they implemented Looker's product instead of building something themselves). The native Namely reporting is really really bad - it cannot even sort dates correctly. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Benefits Administration and Payroll products are very bad.
