What do you like best? It's good to look up all the employees within the company. Easy to see which team people are in. What do you dislike? Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like that all of my tasks are in one app - PTO, Paystub, Benefits, etc. I like that I can see birthdays and anniversaries. Namely is best for a small business without a lot of HR needs.

What do you like best? It's easy for non HR employees to use. Their onboarding for new hires integrates with Greenhouse (somewhat). What do you dislike? There is no easy access to EEo1 reporting. As an HRIS, that's a huge drawback. Also their customer services is very lackluster. A really convenient HR resource to connect employees

What do you like best? It's an all-in-one HR tool where any documents can be accessed, holidays can be seen and PTO van be requested. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike, I think my company could utilize it more. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes communication between HR and employees easier, I like that it's intuitive and no one seems to have a problem using it.

Namely sucks!!!

What do you like best? System is easy to use BUT the customer service is terrible!! What do you dislike? They take 48 hours to get back to you no one ever returns your calls. I have over 700 employees and if you ask for any help they won't do it for you they will just show you. If you are a large employer stay away! You need a full time payroll person to deal with namely. Limited but acceptable

What do you like best? Namely offers a nearly one stop shop for basic HRIS functions. Its UI is one of its greatest assets, as is its performance review function. It also offers a pretty robust onboarding tool. What do you dislike? Namely’s customer service and response time has declined steadily since the founding of the company. I love the Namely mobile app

What do you like best? My favorite thing about Namely is the mobile app. They recently improved the app which allows me to request time off in a few clicks and view my paystubs if necessary. This is all I need for on the go or if I'm away from my laptop. What do you dislike? My least favorite thing about Namely is the sometimes non-intuitive interface.
