I love that they have live chat…
I love that they have live chat technical support that 9 out of 10 times gets me results quickly. Other times the issue is just more complicated. Either way, this is the only platform that doesn't charge extra or you have to wait for days to get support. I have now moved all of my domains and hosting over to Namecheap because of their customer support and awesome service.
