namecheap customer for over 5 years.
I have been with namecheap for over 5 years ... and before that I was with godaddy. and I purchase and set up at least 1-2 sites every year. I have never felt the need to leave namecheap and that's only down to the fact that when I need someone to solve my problem .. there is always someone available to chat. Everything needed to order can be found on their website. No need to call and discuss. Order placed was confirmed in minutes and working as well. The next day everything was functioning (due to the propagation time of Internet DNS system). Unbeatable price for a domain name registration. No excessive marketing emails after the order but informative and useful offers and suggestions.

I really like Namecheap
I really like Namecheap, I use it to buy URLs and hosting. I find their onboard support is really helpful and quick. I had a few negative experiences with another big company, so yeah never use them, only Namecheap. And its cheaper than competitors
