Namecheap is my go-to every time!
Namecheap is so easy to use, from signing up the first time to logging back in years later to update or manage something. I'm not a super techie person at all, but I find the features easy to navigate and to understand. Plus, the BEST part is the customer service. When I have a question, I just hop on their live chat and I get the help I need within minutes. When I need a new domain or a new service, Namecheap is always my go-to :-)

I was having a very difficult time…

The service has worked flawlessly for years. There was a phising email attempt, recently, pretending to be Namecheap that lead me to think I was on Namecheap's site and it attempted to take $1000 from my checking account - which failed. I don't think it was Namecheap's fault. Just don't click on email links is the golden rule . . .
