I love the prices and the support

No refund offered for something they…
No refund offered for something they sold that I can't use. When purchasing domain from them no terms or requirements were mentioned. Once I have purchased the domain I got email stating that I need to submit a proof of residency in specific country, which I cant since I am not resident there, or domain will be deleted. So now the domain will be deleted and no refund offered. I am an existing customer and have all valid details on their system. They should have provided the requirement for ...
