Excellent customer support made me loyal customer
I have been using them since 2013. One time, I wanted to switch from monthly to annual wp hosting plan and contacted the live support. The guy upgraded me but didn't refund for monthly plan even though I bought only 1 day before (I didn't ask for refund though) Few days later, I got an email that they want to refund my monthly plan because I didn't used it. I still remember that email 10 years later. I never think of any other company for my domain needs since.
