I have been with Namecheap since 2016

I have been with Namecheap since 2016. Not once have they ever failed me. Just recently I was having trouble getting DNS settings sorted with a CRM company and they were solving nothing after 72 hours. The guy at Namecheap not only solved the problem in 2 minutes, he went out of his way to help me and make sure it was all working correctly. It wasn't even his job to do that. I finished the chat with him and then asked someone else to pass onto the manager how awesome he'd been. He deserved it.

worst customer VS best customer support

I am probably the worst customer that company had in its entire life, and I am still getting treated VERY PERFECT. one time I bought a 1-year domain and returned it the same day the same hour via their support within minutes. with reason: I thought it said .homies. one time I bought a whole yeah shared hosting and canceled it the next day for not supporting nodejs. i got too many domains, so I contacted them to remove the ones I am not using for no refund, which happened in minutes. and ...

I have decided to use name cheap on the suggestion of my friend who is using them for nearly four years and love the services of Namecheap. If I give you a review with 5 star rating, you have earned it over years of observation and usage of your service. That does not mean you are a 100 percent in every aspect of your service but means you are much better than 95 per cent of your competitors. I have been using namecheap for all my domain, hosting and private email services for about 5 years now and I can tell you, they are the company to beat. Well done for your consistency over the years!
