We learn from our mistakes, they have too!
I know Namecheap had a rough patch a few years back. But I will never use another company. The support here goes so above and beyond. My site had gotten overtaken by hackers and they went to battle with me for over 8 hours. It was awesome. We took back the site and have beaten them down when they tried again. Great Customer service
Great Customer service! Had an issue today with one of my domains which was my fault. I emailed support which got back to we in 10 minutes and understood I made an error when buying a domain. Long story short they fixed the issue with no dramas. Very happy with the outcome and customer service.
