A stellar package with even better support
These people saved our bacon more than once, from migrating to their service and making everything work, to saving us from a malicious developer who misrepresented his credentials and did his best to destroy our site. Within minutes, customer support was providing solutions and rectifying any damage done. As a head of the customer service department in a brokerage company, I can say that the level of professionalism, courtesy and expertise with these guys is off the charts.

Highly recommended for domains and hosting
I have used Namecheap for a number of years and buy all my domains through them. I get a discount due to the number of domains I have with them and while that is welcome, I buy from them because their support is second to none. They are on hand 24/7 to answer quickly and respond fast. They always solve my issue even though most of the time, it is a user error. mine ;-( I also have use their shared servers which are fast and reliable.
