Experience the best chat support
Experience the best chat support. Any problem faced till now I have always found a solution when I asked for support. Additionally, I have seen them to be transparent as much as possible. There was one instance where I asked them to cancel my plan and listed out the features and services I wanted a refund back. They refunded another service that I was not aware a refund option was available. If they wanted they could have just skipped as I did not include it in the list.
