We used NameCheap to purchase a domain name for our school council website. It was easy to purchase. I am not a tech person and had a few issues getting the domain to work with our google site. The tech support at Namecheap were so helpful. I used the LiveChat and they responded to me in minutes with the answer and links to tutorials in case I wanted to take advantage of additional functionality

OUSTANDING SERVICE only at Namecheap
Once again outstanding & unbeatable support by the namecheap team & especially Solomiia Kukhar. I had a few very annoying issues when importing one of my biggest webshop projects I ever made, multiple people in the support team looked into the issue even though it wasn't their problem since It was caused by a third party plugin not importing things propperly. Don't look anywhere else for hosting, Namecheap's support, patience and their quick and always available help is AMAZING!
