What do you like best about NAKIVO Backup & Replication? We have been using Nakivo for years now, and it has been a rock solid choice. The interface is very intuitive with a low learning curve. The backup system itself is very performant and yet is not a resource hog. You may need to use more than one virtual appliance depending on how your backup repositories are setup (we have two VMs handling two repositories).
