Great Database management tool

What do you like best? I find mysql very easy to use, It gives safe update mode , provides details of process. What do you dislike? Sometimes I find that it is slow and some of the functions are not supported in it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use mysql for development and production, It is free resource and provides many of the functionality. I can easily create user for accessing database with different permissions.
