We were having issues with print outs…
We were having issues with print outs on the PDQ machine on a very busy Saturday in the retail business. I called the technical helpline and was assisted by a wonderful lady Julia M. She talked me through every step in a professional and calm manner. An asset to MyPos. Thank you Julia.
