Used the MYOB chat option, in minutes I had a script error sorted and was back to work. I was able to screenshot the issues and the assistance I received was targeted and effective. Really helpful support staff.

had a frozen backup with online file…

had a frozen backup with online file which stopped logging back on. explained problem via chat. tech fixed problem quickly and kept in touch with me during process and we both knew what was expected all the way through. was a quick resolution and v. happy with process

Using Chat to help me with Team MYOB

I used Chat today to help me with my Team MYOB matter. Being a first time user of Team MYOB it was much easier to use the Chat option and deal with my questions first hand. I would use Chat over anything else every time. Thanks MYOB for making this option available.
