Emma made our cancellation of MYOB seamless.

Used the LiveChat option & Emma was extremely helpful & friendly. Cancellation of our MYOB account was seamless & just await an email confirmation that our instructions have been completed.

Activating company file

I had a problem with activating my MYOB company file today. I tried activating it on line but keep getting the same error message. When i contacted the MYOB help team this person was polite, patience and very helpful today. I would suggest to anyone out there to contact them if you have similar or other difficulties with your software as well.

Niggling problems with MYOB…

There are niggling problems with MYOB services which need to be addressed. Mostly, the system works well and I can't compare it to others I haven't had experience with any others.In my case it was downloading a missing tax invoice, couldn't access any of our past tax invoices from MYOB account.

Bank feeds not clearing…

My client was unable to clear her bank feed. I contact MYOB and the problem was quickly fixed by manually entering a spend money with a higher reference number then matching it on the bank feed. Problem is now fixed and my client is happy and so am I.

Good response to technical problem

I have a rather complex technical issue with uploading super files and the chat line was helpful, patient and has set out a process to get it sorted. That is good service and support.
