I have spoken to two technical…

I have spoken to two technical supporters. They were very patient and understood my issues quickly. They refer my case to the relevant team and the problem is resolved promptly.The only concern is I had to repeat a lot of tests when I talked to two different staff. It would be great if the first person could tell the second one what steps he has already taken so that the customer do not to repeat the same tests.
