Warning

Warning! If you lease through Mynd be prepared 6 months into a year lease to have a mandatory renewal inspection that includes photos of everything in your home including closets and garage. TOTAL INVASION OF PRIVACY. Shouldn’t be legal. Horrible company overall. It’s all automated. Never get the same person twice except when you’re forking over up to $200 in extra fees a month thrown in at the end of signing. Stay away.

the only thing good about MYND was the price and trust me, it is not worth it.

Absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. I moved away from Las Vegas in May, 2022, and decided to rent my house. This seemed like it would be easiest, but I was very, very wrong. They lied to me during initial phone calls on what they provide (for instance, checking in on tenants). They didn't take good photos of the property. They took a long time to even get photos up, and what they did put up did not make the property look great. They would barely even take direction. Every time ...

Zero Stars

Zero Stars! I feel like they do not care about their residents. My AC went out last night. We discovered that the pan in the attic unit was full of water, but could not find where the leak was from. We promptly turned off the AC. I put in an emergency request. The reply an hour later was for us to check the batteries in the thermostat. Apparently batteries can cause leaking water. It is now 5:45 PM, I have spoken to several people. yet supposedly they are waiting on approval to come fix my ...

I rented this house for 2 years

I rented this house for 2 years. I moved out and I received a list of uncalled for repairs that don't fall under the guidelines of simple wear and tear. I'm being charged for painting and carpet cleaning. Which is ok but not $2000 worth.($1995.00) this company is a rip off and I would not ever recommend them EVER!!!!!!
