I have lived in my house for 9 years Mynd bought the realtor company and within a months time they were doing inspection after inspection, to them saying they are selling the property. I got an EMAIL! Yes a email, stating my lease is being terminated, I have a month to move, because my home life and work schedule is an inconvenience for them showing the house. Terrible at Getting back to you
This company is terrible specifiically my property manager, they are so quick to approve your application but they dont have a direct line You call the call center, 50 times, requesting a call back, I understand my manager jacqueline Gall is out of office why doesnt she have a back up. When we moved in we had a huge list of things that we cleaned fixed abd the whole house smelled of marijuana. We planted a whole new backyard since there was no grass to begin with and recleaned the whole house. Fast forward 3 years on our move out we were charged over $550 for landscape cleaning, $300 for cleaning of the house even though we did a huge deep clean before we left. Hello, I would love to be able to give you 0 stars but it is not possible, this company bought the house in which I am now rented from another company with which I acquired this rental for the first time, this purchase was made while I was living with a current contract with the previous company. NEGLIGENT COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My family and I are extremely concerned as to why the property still smells strongly of fresh paint after over a year. We are constantly experiencing health problems such as headaches and respiratory issues since moving into the property. Even now when we have visitors they immediately notice the smell of paint. AVOID AVOID AVOID I am unable to get in…
AVOID AVOID AVOID I am unable to get in touch with them after they're charging double our security deposit, including the cost of "prorated paint", charging for things that were already in the house before move in and double charging pretty much everything on the move out charge list. At this point they are also impossible to get ahold of via phone and ignoring my messages on their portal system. I am currently getting my lawyer involved but this all should not be happening in the first place.

Avoid like the plague!
Ugh. I wish I had read these reviews before I decided to use MYND to lease my property. The move in process is a disaster, charging astronomical amounts to get the property “move-in ready”. This is where they make their money; up charging on services. I paid for a “move-in ready clean” which was $300. The tenant moved in and said the place wasn’t clean enough, I was then charged $350 for another “move-in ready clean”. Sounds crazy but it’s true - the work was also done without pre ...

House unsafe to move into
Save yourself the stress and frustration and just don’t rent from this company. They don’t communicate, they don’t answer maintenance requests even if they’re emergencies. After moving our move in date twice for “maintenance” we arrived at the house to find a tree fallen over the power lines in the back yard, nearly on the roof, making it a dangerous fire hazard. RUN - do not walk - AWAY from this company
Company uses contractors who have no idea what they're doing. Just a few things that went wrong: > They decided they didn't want to use the SimpliSafe door lock I had installed, so they removed it and threw it in the trash without my permission. > They painted the entire interior so poorly it all had to be repainted. > They painted a door painted previously with semi-gloss but used flat paint. Overcharging
They never fix the issues that our tenants report. They also over quote prices for repairs - A simple call to few vendors will confirm that for you. They also tell you there were repairs, but don't provide details on what the repairs are. Extremely poor communicating, overcharging are common problems with Mynd.
