Incompetent

Awful communication and response time. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The workers do not help you with anything. It took so long for them to process paperwork that they charged us extra for their incompetence.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! This place is not property management they are simply here to take your money. My neighbors unit flooded their entire bottom floor into their garage. They pulled the carpet up, cleaned it, set it OUTSIDE to dry and the attempted to put it BACK in the house!! My steps are accumulating slippery mud by my front door. THEY DO LAUGHABLE landscaping. DO NOT USE MYND as a property management company unless you are absolutely desperate. And if you do, make sure to keep tabs on everything they hassle you with. In over 10 years of renting I have never had such a miserable experience than I have dealing with them. Over 70 back and forth emails with people that work at this company BEFORE we even signed the lease. I am the owner/investor and have used this company for over two years. It had been frustrating. Their level of communication is abysmal. They do not care about renters and owners. They did not pay one of the vendors who were used to working on the house because "they lost an invoice." This resulted in the vendor not returning and renters staying without the AC for several weeks during the summer. They did not inform me about any of it. MYND is the worst property management…

MYND is the worst property management company. Extremely poor communication. Charged me a big amount for updating my property before renting but found out they had done nothing for the upgrade. As a result had to go with another company and had to spend again for updates. Had a hard time contacting the property manager. She was useless. I will never recommend this company.

Mynd is the worst property management company!

After reading all the reviews, why are they still in business? The house next door to me is a mess outside, mynd does absolutely nothing. I will be calling the city! Why do u want to connect with me? Not like u going to do anything to fix the problem. I got a suggestion; fix something!

The worst imitation of a property…

The worst imitation of a property management company you could possibly find. They called out a plumber to fix a leaking skylight issue over a month ago, charged me $200 to do it, and still have not fixed the leaking skylight a month later, leaving my property to take on all this hurricane rain this whole time. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT engage with these clowns in Florida. You will regret it!

If I could give negative stars… this company gets ALL the negative stars. The absolutely worst management company I have ever had to deal with. Cancelled service calls with no communication, no follow ups, and they simply act like our needs do not matter. It’s a travesty!!! We pay good money to live in a nice place and we can’t get a single ounce of customer service!
