Easy to use
The site was easy to use, I needed it temporarily while our office machine was getting worked on. It is very convenient to add to the computer and move documents from scanner to file to fax. When I cancelled, I was offered a $5 per month limited use package which I will consider in the future. Also great customer service agent Glenn R. Thank you.

Excellent help from Russ Hahn
I couldn't see any of the important faxes I sent last summer. Russ stayed with me, trying all kinds of tips to get it to show. At some point we found that my screen was not maximized. When I maximized it, the top of 2 messages were showing. Pulling the edge of the window down, I could see, and print, all of them. Russ doesn't give up on helping your clients. And he doesn't lose patience, when he easily could have. Good guy, he's the kind we all hope to find if we call for help.
