Something perfect something to improve

Five stars for customer support on messenger, 1 star because if you want to cancel your subscription, you can't do by yourself but you have to call the service. But there is the chance that the number to call is not valid like happened to me. It would be simple to put some link to contact the support by messenger or by chat and, most important, allow users to cancel subscription by theirselves

Cherry was the rep who helped me in getting an extra month of free service

Cherry was the rep who helped me in the online chat. I was going to cancel after the 10-day trial period since our company doesn't use fax enough to justify a monthly subscription. She offered us an extra month to evaluate free of charge. With the extended time, we'll definitely have more opportunities to see if we can utilize MyFax on a regular basis to subscribe for the service. Thank you!

Easy to Use and Simple Cancellation

Easy To Use and Cancellation was Simple. However, I would say that the finding the cancel subscription plan from the home page was difficult to find. Cancellation could only be found through the FAQ page.

Good service, though tiny type on my browser; easy to cancel

I found signing up and sending a fax was very straightforward. Also, cancelling was easy once you vigilantly waited for your chat turn (otherwise you were disconnected). My agent, Rowena A, was very friendly and efficient.My only recommendation for the MyFax servcie was that they improve the size of their text in their web browser experience. I found it very tiny, relative to other sights. Note that I was on an Ipad Pro and Safari browser. Perhaps others have different interfaces.That said, ...

Free Trial Scam

Signed up the free trial and it did not even work. Thought I had canceled, but have been billed for months. Never even used the product once and they refuse to refund. Stay away from this company!

Great experience; easy cancellation process

I only used the free trial and sent one fax. I decided I wouldn't be able to use it enough to justify the expense. I cancelled using the Live Chat, and the process was simple and hassle-free, although I did have to wait a while. But they kept me posted as to where I was in the queue. If my circumstances change and I need a fax service, I will definitely use them.
