Pretty good service, just don't need faxes that often
I needed to fax a form to a doctor's office. The first time I sent one, they told me they only received the cover page. So I sent it again without the cover page, and they received it. They filled out the form and faxed it back, and I got a nice email notification. Apart from the initial cover page hiccup, my experience was good.
