Happy with the MyFax concept; just not needed at this moment

Really happy with the MyFax concept and service. I just stopped needing to fax materials, at a time when I thought that I might need some ongoing fax connections. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that, when I requested cancellation, Cherry (my chat contact) tried very hard to retain me when I had a clear and definite reason for leaving. BE AWARE

BE AWARE - if you want to STOP THE MONTHLY PAYMENT you have to click on CANCEL my Account and they DON'T ALLOW YOU TO SUSPEND THE SERVICE!!! it force you to to chat with a representative in order to cancel and you simply wait infinitely without anyone responding. STAY AWAY!!!
