Cancelling my account shouldn't be this difficult
The app and the service are fine. A positive experience. The ability to cancel my account from the official app or from the web page is non-existent. This feels like it was done on purpose to trick users and has eroded my trust in the company. I sent emails to cancel my account which received automatic and useless replies, further adding frustration. I attempted to contact the Facebook page and the support person was kind and clear and helpful (though rather slow in their responsiveness) ...
