Billing Discrepancy Resolved
The feedback and support from Nicoleta L. regarding a billing discrepancy was impressive. There was a gap in a billing presented to me though my account was supposed to have been cancelled. In interacting with Nicoleta L. she was able to drill down to the root-cause of the issue, and then solve same.
