I had a glitch in the change over to…

I had a glitch in the change over to efax. Now have myfax back and working on my old computer. I made the mistake of purchasing NOrton on a special of $99 a year. Now they are hitting my account for $395 for every program they have. I had a reference number and everything from 2022 where I cancelled. Still have been charged till 2024. They do not let you know when it is scheduled to renew, they just hit your account, Cancelled credit card. They are disbuting it. Saying I still have the ...

This is an exceptional service!! Although my company decided that eFax ultimately was not needed, when signing up and testing this service through MyFax, it worked wonderfully without any issues. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! Due to my own negligence, I failed to realize I chose the wrong trial plan (3-day vs. monthly). After speaking with Customer Support this was explained to me but they were very gracious supporting me while closing out the account. If a need comes up for this ...
