so beneficial to training clients
training my clients has never become easier, can create any sort of training program in need whether it be HIIT or for muscle gain. also my clients love the fact that i can add them extra little activities like 10,000 or meditate for 2 mins, made my planning and all the work involved with it so much easier

Great application, as a trainer it’s much needed as I hold several ‘hats’ and can’t simply go into a gym and recruit anymore! The application does it all for you! Easy!
