Absolutely bad experience

Absolutely bad experience, not friendly user, non of my clients happy with this, very bad costumer service they just take your money and ignore you if you have any problem. There no visible cancellation its hidden somewere to let you think it's only one payment go, but then they start still your money, they won't contact you they just send you email that said no refund we cancel you next year, absolutely disaster app, disaster service, I am on shock after when you read all nice reviews but ...

Very bad experience!

Very bad experience with trying to cancel my annual subscription.This has been on going for over a year, emails back a fourth with no direct phone support. Over £200 has been taken from my account dispite numerous time consuming emails attempting to stop further subscription payments.

Maybe they've made improvements since these last reviews but all the following workWorkout logs Workout builderMeal / macro trackerSchedulingPersonal branding of appEtc ...It is not perfect. Awful Product, Awful App, Awful customer service - AVOID AT ALL COST

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTSSoftware doesn’t work, full of bugs, clients can’t even sign up to your service with it.If you report an issue it takes weeks to resolve! All the while you are not reimbursed for not being able to access the service you w paid £240+ for.To add insult to injury, a year after washing my hands of them and the app I received another £100+ charge on my account which they REFUSE to refund.SCAM ARTISTS, DO NOT USE.

Wow - ok where do I start!First of all, I just want to add that all these #1 personal trainer app reviews are clearly paid for and simply absurd! The app, as the creator has admitted, was clearly created in his grandma’s lounge. It’s just terrible. Terrible service

Terrible service, avoid!Charged my card for a product I have zero recollection of subscribing to (I'm fairly certain I never signed up), then refused to refund or even let me have the login details for the account they charged my card for!Instead they told me to report it to the police!Must have emailed them 4 or 5 times trying to clarify and resolve the situation. No customer service number. Avoid this company. They dont care about you.

You get what you pay for, poor customer service and lacking features...

App itself is slow and lacks many features. It may be cheaper than others in its field, but you do truly get what you pay for. Auto renewal without any reminder email, just money removed from bank account with no prior warning. No option within payment settings either to turn off any automatic renewal. Terrible customer service. Would advice against contacting.

After 2 years of using my PT Hub

After 2 years of using my PT Hub, we are canceling. It's extremely slow and often freezes. I stayed with the company thinking they would get better with time, and it's actually been very bad. Additionally, customer service has been terrible.
