Great Service and Extremely user friendly

What do you like best? The option of working online and also with clients 1-1. What do you dislike? Im in early stages using the service so nothing thus far! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The opportunity to make clients feel like the have ownership of their training is invaluable.

Has everything I need at an affordable price

What do you like best? Compared to other personal training software, myPThub is priced extremely competitively, especially when it is offering the same features (better in some cases). I am able to manage my one-to-one clients effectively, give them homework and monitor adherence as well as take on more online clients, therefore increasing my ability to earn more. My PT hub is great!

What do you like best? I love the automated trainig programs. Verstility , looks , What do you dislike? It is pretty laggy , buggy at times. expecailly when creating new pakages. Sometimes it loads forever and i have to refresh the page. long wait times for help is also another thing. After many options MyPTHub was my best choice

What do you like best? The platform is just amazing. The amount of information is huge and can fit any type of goal. With MyPTHub I can attend many clients around the world and provide the best program What do you dislike? The nutrition could have an option to insert different options for the client. I wish I could add 5-10 different options per meal and the client would pick one. Also, we could separate the categories (salads, protein, carbs, etc...) What problems are you solving ...

I have no idea where to start

I have no idea where to start. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, no number to call just email and even then the responses can take days and by then you have a new person in which you have to explain everything to again, infact this has happened 5 times to me.The bugs in the app make it almost impossible to use, I was stupid enough to pay upfront for the year which you cannot get a refund for. Also apparently they will try and renew your subscription without any warning.Just all ...

Highly recommend finding another program. Overall app setup was average at best. The setup for your own personal account and subscription is the difficulty. An online app that doesn't have the option to manage your subscription........ online. Couldn't find anything under my account settings or help support topics about how to cancel my auto renewal. After it was too late to stop the auto renew (because they require an email with 30 days notice, which is archaic) they emailed me a page ...

A fair experience all in all, some bugs exist in the app space, and answers and support could use some work, but all in all- good people to deal with for training application builds

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I used this product for a month and then canceled because it was useless. A year later they charged me another full year membership and told me that they can't refund it because of their "company policy" lucky my bank is blocking them.This company will steal your money! Stay away.

Beware subscription trap

Beware subscription trap! MYPTHub automatically collect yearly fees without sending an email to check whether you want the service to continue or not. You have give 30 days notice in writing if you want to cancel the software.

Truly excellent software!

Truly excellent software. I'd thoroughly recommend to all PTs and Online Coaches. Especially with the latest version of the software just coming out!
