What do you like best? Customer service is very responsive with text and calls. What do you dislike? Minor technical glitches that can be fixed. Unable to export data of clients as an backup. This is my first experience going online as a PT instructor so I didn't want to spend a fortune which is why I chose My PT Hub. They don't appear to offer as much as other companies but that is reflected in the price. The app does take a bit of getting use to and I am still not sure whether there are issues or if it is user error - either way myself and my clients are getting use to it and for the most part really enjoying it. Shockingly bad

Extremely poor customer service, and they help themselves to money out of your account. Considering all the emails they can send you to get you to sign up, it is intentionally deceitful and shows a total lack of confidence in their product that they don't let you know that the subscription is up for renewal, or warn you they will be taking money. I wish I’d read these reviews before moving forward

I wish I’d read these reviews before. I’m waiting for my 1pm call scheduled with their support team and here it is, 1:11 and they just called and hung up. I really wanted this to be a good experience. It’s crazy how they email you like crazy , are available what seems like 24/7 during your trial for support, but their software has a bunch of glitches and issues you shouldn’t have, navigation is INSANE oh and they still haven’t tried calling back just now. Best App

What do you like best? I like the sleek look and the ease of branding the app to fit your needs. I also like the way you can create a scheduler and talk to your clients inside the chat. What do you dislike? The only thing that I dislike about my PThub would be not having a drag and drop feature in the scheduler. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving accountability and one central hub for sure for my clients.
