I love how My PT Hub allows me to serve my clients and handle my business all in one location. I have only one experience with the customer service team but they were friendly and very helpful.

So far the software has been amazing

So far the software has been amazing. Still learning but all the resources needed are available. All aspects of the trainer client relationship can be foster remotely with this software. Great tool for the times we are in

Trainers - Avoid at all cost

Read the classic mypthub review too, don't let a new app face hide this company's true colours. Awful customer service, poor functionality, overpriced and there's no way to cancel without emailing back and forth for days. Once your personal data is in this app, YOU CANNOT DELETE IT. They have no refund policy either, so no matter how bad it is, you will not get money back. User beware, don't make the same mistake I did.

possibly the worst purchase of my life. i suggest reading the reviews that havent been artificially added in the last 10 days and go back a bit further to find out tyhe truth about the most stresful service/app/thing i have ever used. I have had nothing but issues. The app doestn work, the personilised app still isnt personalised 3 months later, navigation of the website is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, constanty sending emails back and forth about problems i am having with ...

Just wish it didn’t require too much…

Just wish it didn’t require too much storage to apply your own videos, in addition to have service phone to speak with someone directly instead of email.

My PT Hub Great Value, Highly Recommend

I used the previous version in 2019 until I relocated and stopped training. It was a really good experience. The customer service is excellent, responding to me quickly when buggy things were happening, which did happen occasionally hence four rather than five stars. That said for what this costs, I feel like I got a tremendous value! The ability to manage my almost every aspect of my business in one place, especially as a brand new trainer, was invaluable.
