I love the fact that I always have someone available to give support with getting the beat out of the program.

I love the fact that I always have someone on the other side checking in with me, to find out how the system is living up to expectations. Also, how they can assist with whatever questions I may have. Amazing customer support.

Excessively and unreasonably expensive

Excessively expensive! There are so many other apps out there for less than half of the cost and with the same features. They're just profit driven but it's only a matter of time before loosing all the subscribers one by one. I'm so relieved now that I've just deleted my account!On the flip side, Customer Care was very helpful and gave prompt replies to my queries.

I was charged for a service that I never asked for . The costume service never refund me .This is a tricky company.

poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Are completely unwilling to work with customers for any sort of refund on something never used and they keep copying and pasting the same response over and over.

Profit Focused Not Customer Focused

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I froze my account due to lockdowns, struggling financially etc and they randomly without warning took a payment from me, when I asked for it back as I was struggling they just kept copying and pasting the same crappy response. Terrible service, terrible software, google drive is FAR better.
