Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Mural works best for distributed teams running synchronous workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions where real-time co-editing matters. Before shortlisting, verify that your team can commit to live sessions—asynchronous workflows (leaving comments on static boards) feel clunky compared to tools like Miro or Figma. Check whether Mural's template ...Read more

It is simple to use with a friendly interface, and offers a variety of templates that helps me a lot to interact with my clientes, connect people and ideas and get better results faster. Siempre sorprende a los participantes y estimula la inteligencia colectiva. Irreplaceable for fully virtual Program Increment (Big Room) planning event

What do you like best? Flexibility to create whatever template we need, real-time collaboration for small or large virtual teams What do you dislike? Aligning all elements is time consuming when creating a large board (like a quarterly release train) , wish there was a grid and ability to "snap to grid" or similar features. Sometimes it's good for voting to not be anonymous, wish there was a toggle. We also leave voting on for a couple of days for a large number of people to ...

It's probably my favorite tool and the thing my team has taken to the fastest.

What do you like best? It's so easy to get up and running. The templates are great, and you can't break it. I love that I can make a fun and functional collaboration tool and interact with it with my colleagues in real time and asynchronously. What do you dislike? lack of fun templates, there are plenty of productive templates but it would be nice to have more ice breaker games, activities that could be used to introduce the tools. What problems are you solving with the ...

Intuitive and flexible collaboration tool

What do you like best? Intuitive design. Mural is so easy to use and the features they've added recently make it even more robust (e.g. searching). Inviting guests to collaborate is a breeze and you don't have to spend much time at all to get them up to speed on how things work; it's that easy. Another worthy mention is being able to change the canvas size of your mural on-the-fly. As murals get more complex and you need additional space, it takes a simple parameter change to make ...

Visual facitiation is now better online than in real live. No need for paper sticky notes anymore

What do you like best? Working in real time on the same areas using sticky-notes, images, and icons. Imagine 15 People on one single whiteboard in real-life... What do you dislike? Chat with anonymous users is not implemented, so I still need to switch between two Softwares What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it in various (all most all) Workshop settings e.g. We currently do evaluate business models, structure the ...

Artificial intelligence: to analize the answers (repetitive ideas or similars) Profile Settinfs for customers: it is important in all plan prices UX: ppt is more easier than mural. But maybe is my adoption process The price What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Love it, but don't trust it 100%

What do you like best? I find it to be just what we need as a facilitator. Pretty friendly and not as complicated as MIRO for some of our facilitations, where professionals or students are not used to this tipe of virtual collaboration What do you dislike? Several times I have had sessions and have had to create a miro last minute due to some technical issue going on. Just las week, I had 6 breakouts at the same time having issues using their mural due to error message. Once I had ...

I wish this shareable, collaborative tool for virtual & visual facilitation existed earlier...

What do you like best? There are so many things I love... Colorful Post-its in different sizes, Pictures & Text Clips, and Comments to be easily added and looked at from different perspectives, canvas templates for facilitation and most of all: the possibility to zoom in and out - from details to big picture - What do you dislike? I still haven't had enough time to practice to use efficiently all existing facilitation features (especially how to guide first time users and avoid ...
