Are you using MURAL?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Mural works best for distributed teams running synchronous workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions where real-time co-editing matters. Before shortlisting, verify that your team can commit to live sessions—asynchronous workflows (leaving comments on static boards) feel clunky compared to tools like Miro or Figma. "Simple, intuitive, dynamic"
What do you like best about Mural? Easy to collaborate, visualize, brainstorm What do you dislike about Mural? The only thing I don't like about it is sometimes I hit the back button on my browser to try to get back to my Mural room. What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? It's so much easier to make powerful visuals than other software.

"Brilliant platform - love it!"
What do you like best about Mural? Real-time joint collaboration on workspaces is great in Mural... you can do just what you'd normally do with post-its and brown paper, but digitally... lots of cool features too like the timer function, ability to export stickies, voting etc etc What do you dislike about Mural? It can sometimes be quite laggy with multiple users accessing at the same time, even though I'd seen they'd tried to fix this recently What problems is Mural solving and how is that ...

"Perfect collaboration too!"
What do you like best about Mural? I have used MURAL in several capacities - from client workshops to in-vivo note taking, the ease of use always impresses me, and clients always love the interactive nature of MURAL. What do you dislike about Mural? Some times it is hard to manipulate things, images in particular. I usually format all images and some text in a program like powerpoint and then upload to MURAL. What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem ...

"Super efficient for collaborating"
What do you like best about Mural? Mural is one of the most collaborative tools I have ever used. Its innovative and allows collaboration with other people around the business and clients. I love the use of sticky notes and flow charts to talk about feedback live too - works really well with Zoom! What do you dislike about Mural? Not much to be honest! I think there could be more personalisation on there - but it might just be the level of account I have. What problems is Mural solving and ...

"Mural is a great collaborative tool"
What do you like best about Mural? I really love how easy it is to use. The various templates are all really helpful, as well. Whether it's our small team collaborating or over 100, we can all add our thoughts. What do you dislike about Mural? For new users, it's hard to figure out how to drop in a "sticky" note and how to make it large enough to read. Maybe a quick tutorial would be useful? What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? With the teams all working remotely ...

"Mural is perfect for team collaboration in our new remote and digital world!"
What do you like best about Mural? Love that it enables multiple users to make live changes all at the same time! Ideal for large team meetings with breakout sessions, and client workshops! What do you dislike about Mural? Only 5 mural boards on the free plan, but quickly realized the benefits and updated our team to the paid plan. Recommendations to others considering Mural: Send the link out prior to the meeting so any new users can quickly get on prior to the meeting, instead of taking ...

"Probably the easiest online collaboration tool out there."
What do you like best about Mural? Very intuitive and very easy to start using and collaborating: just click the link and start working. Also nice that large files can easily be uploaded/attached to murals. Another great feature is that it rooms can be shared across organizations easily. What do you dislike about Mural? I don't like how I cannot "cut and paste" entire murals from one room to the other. It makes sense that if not the owner I should need to ask the owner permission, but I ...

"The most beautiful + functional working space for digital co-creation (I could find)"
What do you like best about Mural? Working within co-creative processes, the design of the platform is important for me - and I love Mural's design. In addition, the tools available are great. The support is prompt. Good trainings are offered for free. Constant improvements and updates are done. What do you dislike about Mural? It's not possible to include audio files, yet. But: I haven't found this on any other visual collaboration-platform, either. And Mural has been very responsive to ...
