"Mural has really made a positive difference to my collaboration with colleagues / stakeholders."
What do you like best about Mural? I love visual aids! Mural is such a user-friendly tool! Many things can be done, such as eliciting requirements, adding screenshots, commenting on them, etc. There's no need to try other collaborator tools from the competitors ;). What do you dislike about Mural? When working with multiple people on a Mural board, if one of them uses the Undo button, that will have a negative impact on the work as it will remove not only the things (e.g., writing, ...

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you? Remote collaboration on things that aren't documents (e.g., brainstorming, group work).

It can be quirkly, but all softwares have their various issues. It's nothing that can't be dealt with. I have found their documentation to address most of these concerns. What problems is Mural ...
